All component parts of the system, such as the sensor and heating element, are designed for optimum heat transfer. The pencils heating element is built into the soldering tip. This pencil is aluminum chrome plated and weighs just 75g. The tip-to-grip is 45mm so you're close to the work. Pencil tips have integral cool comfort grips for "no-tool" tip change.
